At wool& Europe, we want you to love your merino wool garments, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unwashed condition. We provide a streamlined process to ensure your returns or size exchanges are handled quickly and efficiently.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is free of any lint or pet hair.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label, affix it to your parcel, and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
